being fat sucks
Dec. 7th, 2002 11:38 am....So I've decided to try and do something about it (again). With any luck, it might actually work. This time the plan I'm using is called The Hacker's Diet. It was written by the guy who did most of the work on AutoCad, basically an engineer. Not exactly your typical dietitian. The slogan is "Lose weight and hair through stress and poor nutrition" so at least he has a sense of humour.
Fyi, my goal weight is 65kgs, at which time I hope to be a voluptuous size 10 (since the thought of me being slim and svelte is entirely beyond ridiculous without a great deal of cosmetic surgery. And why would I want to look like a guy, anyway?). I know my bone structure allows for it, and I was stable there for a long time (~2years). Hard as that may be for those of you who have only known me since 2nd year or so, I have photographic evidence (ref konstanty's photos of Elliot's 18th biffy party). I still have that dress, and it still goes on because it's all stretchy, but it's indecent (eg, too short, too deeply cut etc).
Anyway, my 2c for today.
Maybe this time it'll work....you never know, I could get lucky.

btw - before you say "But you're not fat!" I technically am obese, going on a comparison between weight and height. I have simply been blessed with a body structure that doesn't show it (much). The sort of body structure where you can gain/lose 10kg in a week and not notice a difference. Kind of a mixed blessing really.
Anyway, enough of this.
